“I absolutely loved how BPU incorporated CTMs, CAHPS and Stars into the training. It explained what those things are and what role our reps play in those different areas. I think it’s wonderful to stress the things of “why” we push grievances, appeals and org determinations other than “CMS requires it”.
I also loved how interactive it was instead of just continuous slides so it will help keep our reps engaged. The assessment at the end was tricky!! It will for sure make our reps think outside the box.”
