Lisa Cook is a Health Plan Services Consultant with BluePeak Advisors, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. Lisa has been working in customer service for over 20 years and has been actively engaged in the day-to-day operational details of Medicare Advantage since 2019 and has expertise in customer service operations, Part C and Part D call center monitoring, compliance protocols and reporting. Lisa has supported and participated in an array of projects including call center implementation and organization, staffing, training and development, special projects and reporting. Lisa has over 20 years of managing operations through private corporations, education settings and health insurance plans.

Prior to BluePeak Advisors, Lisa worked for a Medicare Advantage company where she was responsible for all member and provider call center operations and oversight, compliance, quality assurance, monitoring and reporting. This position integrated her into all areas of the Medicare Advantage Plan including claims, appeals and grievances, quality, medical management, pharmacy, provider relations, sales and marketing. In addition, Lisa served as the Subject Matter Expert for the CMS Timeliness and Accuracy and Accessibility Studies. Lisa has also held positions in public school systems and private corporations for operational development, project management, software implementation, system testing and training.

Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
