Jill Pepe, PMP
Senior Consultant
Jill Pepe is a Senior Consultant with BluePeak Advisors, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. As a project management professional, Jill has over 17 years of experience in Medicare Advantage with expertise in marketing and communication development, call center operations, enrollment, Medicare bid product management and development, Part C and Part D grievances, and provider directory accuracy.
Prior to joining BluePeak, Jill worked for a large health insurance company as a Program Manager which integrated her into the clinical business operations where she gained insight into Utilization Management process. In addition, Jill worked to plan, develop and implement business critical programs and projects. Jill also served in varying roles supporting Medicare operations including Manager of Government Pharmacy Programs where she was responsible for Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) oversight and compliance, audit readiness, and quality monitoring and Medicare Product Manager where Jill became a subject matter expert at bid strategy and submission, change integration and testing, and required material creation.
At BluePeak, Jill leads our project managers, oversees the project management process, and is the administrator of our file exchange platform. Jill is responsible for development of internal processes and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Jill also serves as the primary SME for all product bid, and marketing and communication projects, working with our clients to understand their bid filings and material needs. Using her prior experience Jill also works as a SME on enrollment, grievances, and provider projects and audits. Jill is part of the BluePeak audit committee and helps implement guidance and regulation changes into our day-to-day processes.
Jill holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Medaille College and a bachelor’s degree in business from Buffalo State University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
