Dawn Odrzywolski MBA, PMP, CHC is a consultant with BluePeak Advisors, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. Dawn has over 20 years experience in Medicare Advantage Health Plan experience.
Prior to joining BluePeak, Dawn served as Vice President of Medicare Programs and oversaw the Health Plan’s Medicare Advantage and Part D contracts. Dawn was responsible for filing the Health Plans’ annual bid and also separately served as the Health Plan’s Chief Compliance Officer. In her most recent role Dawn provided P&L management, marketing oversight, supplemental benefit operations, Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP) strategy, risk adjustment operations and delegated vendor oversight, including oversight of special needs plan operations. Dawn also provided subject matter support to earn the Health Plan’s 5 Star rating on all contracts. In her previous role as Chief Compliance Officer she conducted risk assessment, internal monitoring, corrective action plan remediation, facilitated CMS program audits on behalf of the organization, ensured accurate policies and procedures as well as compliance training. Dawn has also served in several other operational roles during her time with other Health Plans.
At BluePeak, Dawn is part of the Compliance team, performing various executive-level operational and compliance projects for a variety of clients.
Dawn earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo as well as received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dawn is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and also certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC).
