Lori Donnelly, PharmD, is a Pharmacist and Part D Consultant at BluePeak Advisors, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. With over 10 years of Medicare Part D experience, Lori provides expertise in coverage determinations, appeals, and grievances (CDAG), Part D Star Ratings, as well as National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and URAC accreditation.
Prior to joining BluePeak Advisors, Lori worked as the Vice President of Quality and Accreditation at a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) where she was responsible for oversight of Part D coverage determinations and appeals, Part D stars strategy, implementation of the quality management program, and accreditation activities for multiple corporate entities. To ensure the success of these activities she managed multiple committees, tracked the progress of operational changes, and mediated accountability between departments with competing priorities. Lori’s earlier roles include experience with almost all aspects of PBM Part D services, including CMS audits, software and claims testing, and operational improvements to grievance processing.
At BluePeak, Lori is a consultant with the Part D team, where she provides expertise to clients and support for accreditation efforts.
Lori holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Toledo. She completed a residency in Drug Information Services at the University of Kansas. She also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
