Jennifer Vicknair is a Senior Consultant with BluePeak Advisors, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. A Registered Nurse and seasoned healthcare executive, Jennifer brings more than 20 years of cross-sector and cross-functional leadership spanning managed care, health technology, government programs, provider operations, and clinical practice. She is recognized for her ability to build enterprise-wide compliance, regulatory, and accreditation programs from the ground up translating the complex and rapidly evolving regulatory landscape into practical, operational infrastructure that reduces risk and drives performance. Her expertise spans Medicare, Medicaid, Affordable Care Act (ACA), Federal Employee Program (FEP), and commercial lines of business.
Jennifer brings extensive leadership experience across health plans, care delivery, health technology, and Medicaid managed care, with deep expertise in regulatory strategy, accreditation, compliance, and risk management. She has led regulatory change initiatives, audit readiness efforts, and enterprise compliance programs, advising executive and board leadership on risk and mitigation across government programs. Her background includes oversight of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) audits, accreditation surveys, First Tier, Downstream, and Related Entity (FDR) and delegation programs, and Office of Inspector General (OIG) Corporate Integrity Agreement implementation. She also has direct provider-side leadership experience as a Chief Operating Officer (COO), Compliance Officer, and Clinical Director, giving her a strong understanding of provider operations, reimbursement, revenue cycle management, and shared regulatory responsibilities. Earlier in her career, she led clinical documentation integrity and operational improvement initiatives in an academic health system, combining patient care experience with a focus on aligning administrative efficiency with clinical best practices.
At BluePeak, Jennifer serves as a subject matter expert in compliance program effectiveness, regulatory change management, National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) accreditation strategy, CMS audit readiness, and FDR and delegation oversight.
Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with focus in Health Industry Leadership, a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration, and an Associate of Science in Nursing. She is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), a Certified Healthcare Compliance professional (CHC) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).
