Gina McMahon, RN, CCM
Senior Consultant
Gina McMahon is a Senior Consultant with BluePeak Advisors, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. A Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager, Gina brings more than 15 years of experience supporting healthcare organizations across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial lines of business, with deep expertise in CMS and NCQA compliance, clinical quality, and care management programs.
Prior to joining BluePeak, Gina held senior leadership roles within large national health plans and delegated organizations, where she led Clinical Quality, Compliance, Regulatory Adherence, and Delegation Oversight functions. She designed and implemented enterprise audit frameworks, supported audit readiness and corrective action initiatives, and partnered across clinical, operational, and technology teams to strengthen regulatory alignment, documentation integrity, and quality performance.
Earlier in her career, Gina served in progressive roles spanning clinical quality, utilization and case management, and medical policy development. Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams and supported population health and care management programs aligned with NCQA, CMS, and URAC standards.
At BluePeak, Gina advises Medicare Part C clients on audit readiness, delegation oversight, Special Needs Plan requirements, and Model of Care development and execution. She partners with health plans to identify regulatory risk, assess operational performance, and implement practical solutions that enhance compliance, quality outcomes, and program sustainability.
Gina holds an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Maria College, where she graduated with high honors. She is a licensed Registered Nurse in New York and a Certified Case Manager (CCM).
