Regional Director, Account Management

Responsibilities

The Regional Director has direct accountability for all Company account management activities in their assigned geographical region relating to the support of all Perform Rx customers in the region. The Regional Director will be responsible for managing one key account as determined by the President and the VP of Sales and Account Management of Perform Rx. The Regional Director will manage a team consisting of a regional account executive, an account executive and a customer solutions support team. The Regional Director will have overall responsibility to optimize current service levels and assist to resolve customer issues as well as support all growth activities across the Perform Rx product and service portfolio.

This role will serve as the lead Company account representative in the assigned account management region to ensure the effective development of business strategies, setting priorities, collaborating on plans to support client needs and overseeing the delivery of commitments to each customer. The Regional Director will also be responsible for developing weekly, and quarterly reports and presentations as needed for customer meetings.

Building effective relationships across all levels of leadership with customers will be a critical success factor for this role.
