Michael Snow


Michael Snow is a Health Plan Services Consultant with BluePeak Advisors, a division of Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. He has more than 36 years’ experience working in long term care, and 24 years of Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) experience. Michael’s PACE experience includes direct operating experience at the executive level, as well as extensive experience in PACE financial management.

Previously, Michael held several positions including Program Director and Financial Manager over 12 years at a PACE program in Cincinnati. As the Financial Manager, he was successful in managing provider contracting, contract oversight, claims adjudication and IBNR accrual, financial budgeting and analysis, and all facets of Part D plan management services including auditing and compliance.

From an operational perspective, Michael has experience in operating and overseeing multiple PACE programs at the executive and board level, including service delivery, audit readiness, quality improvement and compliance. He also has experience in evaluating market feasibility for potential new programs, completion of CMS provider applications, and preparing new PACE programs for initial state readiness review audits.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio and served on the National PACE Association Board of Directors for six years. He currently live in Cincinnati, Ohio with my spouse Mary, who is a Pediatric Oncology nurse at Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center. They have 2 grown children who reside in Washington and Colorado respectively.
