Director, Internal Operations (Remote)
Job Summary:
The Director of Internal Operations will provide leadership in the day-to-day internal operations of the division. This strategic role will manage the resource allocation of projects to ensure client satisfaction and profitability. The Director of Internal Operations will lead the Project Management function for both internal and client facing projects. The Director of Internal Operations will be the primary interface for Gallagher Shared Services including invoicing, IT, HR, Accounting.
Essential Functions:
- Recruit and onboard talent in response to changing demand and client projects and maintain relationship with Gallagher HR and hiring partners
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation to ensure reasonable workloads, capacity, profitability and client satisfaction
- Establish and provide leadership to the Project Management Office for internal and external projects
- Serve as liaison for Gallagher shared services (HR, IT)
- Complete IT Security surveys or facilitate completion with Gallagher
- Lead projects related to Gallagher integration
- Manage SharePoint project set-up and Intranet including Resource Repository
- Serve as Project Sponsor on client projects as assigned
- Facilitate development of client tools and products
- Provide communication and updates to consultants on internal operations
Qualifications:
- Experience with BluePeak Consulting activities and programs
- Expertise in a Medicare subject matter
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Must be able to work in Microsoft applications: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Must be a team player
- Ability to travel as needed
