Director, Account Management (Remote)

Job Summary:

The Director of Account Management will provide direction and leadership in the day-to-day execution of account management activities to strengthen client relationships and overall client satisfaction. With current clients, identifying opportunities and communicating our products and services through collaboration with consultants, calls and emails to these clients and attend/work trade shows in order to drive growth and revenue. Guiding and leading the organizations account management activities and strategies, including enhancing client service programs, developing new programs to ensure products and services are meeting market demands, but innovative and forward-thinking enough to be a market differentiator.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide direction for day-to-day Account Management program in order to increase sales of BluePeak products and services.
  • Work with the consultant leads and consultants to drive new products and services into existing clients
  • Continuously gather feedback from client, consultants, and market to enhance services and products.
  • Execute on Advantage program goals and activities, continuously evaluate for effectiveness and added value.
  • Meet with clients face-to-face or by teleconference to present our services
  • Drive enhanced revenue through annual goals set with management
  • Deep understanding of government healthcare marketplace with ability to develop unique proposals
  • Develop client presentations and materials that are needed to sell products and services.
  • Work with Gallagher internal partners to refer business to other divisions and have them refer business to BluePeak.
  • Develop or Assist with Requests for Proposals
  • Develop good relationships with clients and internal consultant team.
  • Track all activities on Salesforce database and provide reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with BluePeak Account Management activities and programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate ideas to client.
  • Creative and innovative
  • Comfortable with negotiation and persuasion
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Must be able to work in Microsoft applications: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Must be a team player
  • Ability to travel, sometimes up to 25%
